Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had them come out to gather information for an estimate for a leak in a shower/wall. They showed up on time, professional, the guy was extremely pleasant, and I am now waiting on a final estimate tonight. Based on what he said up to this point they really pay attention to detail and offer prices that are reasonable. Will update when work is all complete but so far I’m extremely happy with the process!
The work was started today. He and his partner showed up on time, professional, and got to work. As they worked they found some other possible issues and gave estimates that were really well priced and the time window of the increased scope of work is still within the agreed upon time.
Final Edit: They completed all work at the agreed upon price (very reasonable) and cleaned up after themselves.
They did a full shower and surround/tub demolition, installed all new tub/shower/surround. Then ran new plumbing supply lines to the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. They upgraded some of the waste pipes along the way of anything that wasn’t looking up to code/standard.
TLDR: good guy, professional, good prices, and good work. And also got two plumbers for the price of one as there was an apprentice assisting in the work who also worked hard and did great work. If you’re looking for a plumbing service, look no further.
